Commerical Solar Power San Diego: Dawn Sign Press
Dawn Sign Press, a leading publisher of American Sign Language publications, hired Sullivan Solar Power to design, build and install a solar energy system in 2016. The solar panel system for the business is comprised of 170 Kyocera solar panels that will produce 75,000 kilowatt hours of clean energy each year. The solar power system will significantly reduce the facility's electricity costs and help support Dawn Sign Press' commitment to produce materials that raise the standards in education for deaf people.
On average, each year a solar energy system this size will:
Generate 60,651 to 80,868 kilowatt hours of clean renewable solar power.
Avoid the creation of 100,276 pounds of harmful carbon dioxide released into our air.
Provide the system owner with $17,791 in Solar Power Savings.
